Many thanks to Invicta and their engineer John for a quick, thorough and successful job. After a service failed to fix the problem with my boiler Nick sent someone the next day to sort it out. Nick at Invicta was a great help when we needed someone to help us with my Dad's house in Whitstable. His ideas and suggestions were invaluable to us and ultimately saved us a lot of money. Used this company for our Media Wall. Nick did the plans and drawings and the wall was built by Tom and John. They are a really friendly local company, always pleasant and nothing was ever  a problem. There was a few snags with the wall that was eventually overcome. I can't praise Invicta Group enough. It's hard to find a company these days that will come out to do a job professionally and efficiently. My elderly parents had been without a working bath since Christmas and after broken promises from other companies, Invicta stepped up and fitted a new bath for them. From start to finish it's been an easy process with top quality results. It's always a worry for me that my parents would get taken advantage of because my Dad has Alzheimer's. Brilliant service. Visited the shop had a knowledgeable chat with Nick who recommended and individually helped us make a choice suitable for our lounge , never once was pushy we arranged a visit within days , we still couldn't make up our minds , went back into the shop met Nick again and we decided there and then Nick arrange fitting day within 3 weeks , perfect for preparing the room .2 friendly guys came , shoes off , clean and tidy workers Tom and Ben . Nick they are a credit to your business.I left them to work alone , they called me when finished and sent a photo of it working ! that's service for you. BRILLIANT WOULD RECOMMEND.  Thanks Nick we love our fire and surround .

We had a stove installed and are really pleased with it. Nic the owner promised it would be installed by Christmas and it was. The team of workmen were absolutely amazing at installing our fireplace and respected our home keeping it tidy at the end of every working day. We ordered a beam, when it arrived it turned out darker than we expected, however Nic the owner was so understanding and accommodating he returned it to be redone with no extra charge which we were really grateful for we are really happy with the beam and absolutely love our fireplace.
